Our offerings are niche technology products, which are utilized in Cable TV headends. We are uniquely poised on the threshold of the next phase of growth – one key ingredient remains – a talented & gifted sales individual. The person in this newly formed position will aggressively prospect for new customers, sell our high value technical products, cultivate long term relationships, and potentially use their success as a stepping-stone from which to grow our new sales organization. Our customers are Cable TV operators in the, recession proof, Cable TV industry, both large and small across the country and in Canada. Our track record is impeccable – zero product failures since inception (2002) with thousands of products in the field. In this position, you would manage all aspects of a sales pipeline and would work along-side our leadership conceiving, creating, refining, testing and implementing the firm’s sales approach. As the mantle of responsibility passes to this new position, this person’s impact on the firm has the potential to be substantial. The position is a full time position with minimal travel in an encouraging atmosphere at our Littleton, Colorado office. Candidate RequirementsThis is a new full time position in WooshCom’s business growth and expansion
strategy. We are looking for an energetic, career minded individual with minimum
5 years sales experience as a top producer. Our hardware technology products are
sold nation-wide to technically minded engineers and technicians in the Cable TV
industry, primarily via the telephone and email. This dynamic & self-managed
individual will be responsible for working independently to prospect for new
business while maintaining existing customer relationships and keeping detailed
CRM records. Our selected candidate will possess a natural consultative selling
approach. Being our firm’s first sales position, the long-term opportunity exists, for the right individual, to build on their personal sales success by creating and then ultimately managing our sales organization. Towards this end the following capabilities would be a great asset: - Ability to hire and manage sales personnel - Process oriented thinking – to build scalable sales processes - Able to manage at a “P&L” Level |
